A stately, antique door opens onto a grand entry hall with an imposing white marble stairway. The spacious lounge area with its comfortable sofas, beautiful stone fireplace and large 50” smart TV, is perfect for you and your guests to gather and share the day’s experiences.
On the other side of the entryway, a dining room with a fireplace and a long, wooden table awaits you for a savory meal. The villa’s fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has plenty of counter space for large family cooking and entertainment. And, for al fresco dining, just step through the French door that leads out to an outdoor deck dining area. Villa Trasimena can accommodate up to 14 guests thanks to six large suites and an extra double bed. All rooms are beautifully decorated and have spectacular views. Soak up the sun or take a dip in the infinity pool while enjoying the unobstructed views of the valley and Lake Trasimeno. The large, south-facing infinity pool overlooking the lake is perhaps the most peaceful part of the villa. The pool deck is in harmony with its surrounding landscape, and the water flowing over the pool’s 12-meter long edge creates a relaxing natural sound as it appears to blend into the lake. On chilly days, the villa’s private spa is where you can enjoy a soak in the glass-enclosed heated pool, complete with whirlpool seats from which to take in the panoramic views.

Villa Trasimena is just a 15-minute walk from Torricella, a small village on the lakeshore. Other lovely towns worth a visit are a very short drive away. Some small bars and restaurants providing typical dishes and a genuine local atmosphere are within walking distance or a short car ride away. For a taste of city life, you can hop on the highway and easily reach Perugia, Siena and Florence, as well as many other historical towns that are rich in art and traditions.
