The Countryhouse
Thanks to its beautiful indoor spa, complete with heated pool, hydromassage and sauna, you can enjoy Villa delle Rose all year round.
On the main floor, off the large living area, an open space dining room and traditional kitchen make for easy, practical living. From there, a double-sided staircase leads to three bedrooms. At the top of one side of the staircase, the master bedroom, with its private terrace and panoramic window, provides a restful sanctuary from the day’s activities.

The beautiful terracotta floors and a high-beamed ceiling lend a warmth to the room that continues on to the en suite bathroom complete with hot tub and shower. A second sleeping area with a lovely double room and a single bedroom are at the top of the opposite staircase—the perfect layout for couples traveling with a child. A very large bathroom with double sinks and a shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. Upon request, the villa can also accommodate extra temporary guests in the basement which has its own small bath. Alternatively, this area is perfect for teens seeking their own space Adjacent to this area is a fully equipped laundry room at the disposal of guests. Back in the living room, a spiral staircase takes you to the beautiful spa. Also reachable from the outside pool deck, this hidden gem houses a large heated pool with hydromassage, sauna and bathroom. Relax on the comfortable sofas and deckchairs while you listen to soothing music on the sound system. The pool has a waterfall and underwater lights that change color for extra ambience and the full-length panoramic window lets the sunlight in, even during the winter months. The window overlooks the outdoor swimming pool, also with hydromassage. For guests who enjoy outdoor cooking, the villa features a stone BBQ and a wood-burning oven for making pizza and bread!

Castel Rigone
Castel Rigone is a quaint, hillside village about ten km from Passignano sul Trasimeno. It is home to one of the most significant architectural masterpieces of the Umbrian renaissance: the sanctuary of Maria Santissima dei Miracoli. According to tradition, the name derives from an Ostrogoth commander, Rigo, who established a base here in 543 AD in preparation for the siege of Perugia during the Gothic wars.
